At Shrewsbury Dial-a-Ride, our team of enthusiastic volunteer drivers and passenger assistants is here to make getting around easier for you. Whether you’re heading to the shops, attending an activity class, visiting friends, or going to the hairdresser, we’re here to help.
Our service runs Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, and covers up to a 10-mile radius around Shrewsbury town centre. All journeys must be booked in advance.
If you find it difficult to reach a bus stop or need extra support when travelling, our door-to-door transport could be just what you need. We’ll pick you up from your home and take you wherever you need to go—comfortably and reliably.

Annual membership: £20
Trip cost:
– £3.00 per journey (with a valid bus pass)
– £4.50 per journey (without a bus pass)
Return trips are charged as two single journeys:
– £6.00 (with a bus pass)
– £9.00 (without a bus pass)
We also offer group membership—perfect for clubs, societies, or community organisations that would like to hire one of our accessible minibuses for outings and events.
